You can buy oysters directly from our unit at Birchwood Farm, Cock Clarks, Maldon, Essex. We’re open Monday to Thursday from 8am – 2pm, Friday from 8am – 5pm, and Saturday from 8am – 1pm.
Fancy fresh fish and oysters for the weekend? Our shop in Cock Clarks is open every Friday from 8am – 5pm and Saturday from 8am – 1pm. You’ll find a wide variety of fish and seafood, including our renowned smoked salmon.

You can buy Maldon Oysters at Billingsgate, the UK’s largest fish market. Billingsgate market is open to the public as well as businesses. Currently, Billingsgate Market is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 4am to 8.30am. The market is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It is also closed on bank holidays, except Good Friday.
