Whether you are a business looking to stock our oysters in your shop or restaurant, or you want to enjoy them at home, there are a variety of ways to buy.
You can buy oysters directly from our unit at Birchwood Farm, Cock Clarks, Maldon, Essex. We’re open Monday to Thursday from 8am – 2pm, Friday from 8am – 5pm, and Saturday from 8am – 1pm.
Fancy fresh fish and oysters for the weekend? Our shop in Cock Clarks is open every Friday from 8am – 5pm and Saturday from 8am – 1pm. You’ll find a wide variety of fish and seafood, including our renowned smoked salmon.

Maldon Oysters also sells at Billingsgate, the UK’s largest fish market. Billingsgate market is open to the public as well as businesses. Currently, Billingsgate Market is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 4am to 8.30am. The market is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It is also closed on bank holidays, except Good Friday. Duke of York Square Market takes place in Duke of York Square, opposite the Chelsea grocer every Saturday from 10am – 4pm. Hosting approximately 70 stalls, they celebrate the evolving world of fine, local, British and International foods. Click for directions
