Our smoked fish process begins by sourcing the freshest fish from local markets.

Following traditional preparation methods at our bespoke in-house smoker facility, the fish is smoked in our state-of-the-art kilns, using a combination of oak and beechwood chips.

We portion or slice to order and vac-pack for long lasting freshness.
